With more than a decade of experience, he has led multidisciplinary teams and complex technical initiatives across security, software development, and systems engineering.
His approach emphasizes practical solutions, clear communication, and accountability. Rather than treating cybersecurity as a collection of products, Eric focuses on understanding business requirements, identifying meaningful risks, and developing solutions that deliver measurable value.
